The Moss Rehydration project is a unique effort by the Indian Trail Improvement District to prevent flooding and improve water quality. The proposed project involves the installation for stormwater pumping and monitoring equipment to discharge stormwater from the Indian Trail Improvement District M-1 Detention Area into the Moss Property. The project has received funding from regional, state and federal agencies totaling almost $500,000.
