The Biscayne Everglades Greenway is 45-mile corridor connecting the Biscayne National Park to the Everglades National Park. The greenway is a partnership between the City of Homestead, City of Florida City, Miami-Dade County Park and Recreation Department, Miami-Dade County MPO, NPS RTCA Program, Everglades and Biscayne National Parks and the Florida Office of Greenways and Trails. Over the last 3 years almost $4,000,000 has been obtained to design and construct segments and trailheads of the greenway located within the City of Homestead.
