What Do We Do?

RMPK FUNDING assists local governments and non-profit organizations with obtaining funding for a wide range of capital improvement projects. Through engagement and planning our firm is able to effectively implement funding strategies that enable our clients to meet the diverse needs of their communities.

Strategic
Funding Plans

The development of a strategic funding plan for a single project or system wide effort has proven to be a highly effective method of maximizing grant funding. Through assessment of the project details, current funding conditions and implementation of our grant stacking method a blue print for the future can be created.

Grant Application Preparation

The development and submission of grant applications represents the heart of our business. Working across all local, state and federal funding programs we identify potential opportunities, assess a project viability and then prepare and submit the grant application. It is the goal of grant application preparation services to handle all aspects of the submission process but guide the project through the funding process until our client officially accepts the funding.

Project
Management

We use proven management techniques to bring a project to successful completion. From working with stakeholders to acting as a liaison between our clients and granting agencies, RMPK is committed to making sure the project is not only completed but funding reimbursed and grant requirements satisfied.
